Birthday-crashing, racist Confederate flag group charged with making terroristic threats

Latest

“Protect The Flag,” the racist, Confederate flag-supporting group that crashed a black kid’s birthday party while brandishing shotguns earlier this year, has officially been charged for making “terroristic threats” by a Douglas Country, Ga. grand jury.

In July, 15 Protect The Flag Members rolled up in a pickup truck and began shouting racial epithets at a group of black adults and children while insisting that they were merely exercising their constitutional rights. The entire ugly ordeal was caught on video.

Now, those same 15 group members have been found to have violated Georgia’s Street Gang Terrorism and Prevention Act and Terroristic Threats. The group has been officially recognized as a street gang, and local authorities have begun to arrest the men responsible for harassing the party goers.
