Canadian children are putting America to shame with their welcome of Syrian refugees

While adults in the United States are busy demonizing Muslims and melting down about the non-existent threat posed by orphans from Syria, Canadian children are welcoming some of the 25,000 Syrian refugees who will be coming into their country in the most adorable ways possible.

Just look at this video of tots from up north saying “Welcome to Canada” and try not to get a little lump in your throat.

Then there’s this video of a Canadian children’s choir singing one of the oldest Islamic spirituals around—the same song that was sung to Muhammad himself centuries ago. Excuse us while we cry…
