Donald Trump described to Fox Business anchor Maria Bartiromo on Wednesday how he informed Chinese President Xi Jinping about the recent bombing of a Syrian airfield over a “beautiful piece of chocolate cake” at his Mar-a-Lago resort last week.

During his recounting, Trump briefly forgot which country he had bombed.

TRUMP: I said, “We’ve just launched 59 missiles, heading to Iraq.”

MARIA BARTIROMO: Heading to Syria.

TRUMP: Yes. Heading toward Syria.
