Is it about to get a whole lot easier to watch 'Hamilton' on Broadway?

It’s pretty much impossible to see Hamilton on Broadway right now, no matter how many kidneys you’re willing to sell on the black market. But, according to Playbill, a filmed version of the production might be on its way.

The Grammy, Tony, and Pulitzer Prize-winning musical—as acclaimed for its content as for its diversity and representation on and offstage—was filmed live on two separate occasions this past week, Playbill reports, first on June 26 and then again on June 28. The Broadway news outlet did not confirm what the footage will ultimately be used for, but it’s fair to guess that the two performances will be edited together and released at some point—possibly in theaters?

“The show is preserved [with] this cast [and] on the way to Gringotts vault,” creator and star Lin-Manuel Miranda tweeted Wednesday night. “Grateful to everyone who made a complex shoot painless. Rest easy, fam.”

The timing is significant, Playbill notes, as June 28 might be the last time that Hamilton‘s original leads perform onstage together. Lin-Manuel Miranda (Alexander Hamilton), Leslie Odom, Jr. (Aaron Burr), and Phillipa Soo (Eliza Schuyler Hamilton) will exit the show after July 9. Jonathan Groff stepped back into the role of King George III this week, but only for filming.
