Pizza-tossing, posing with fake meth, and other things fans do outside Walter White's house

Latest

The Albuquerque house that was used as the White family residence has become a pilgrimage destination for Breaking Bad fans.

As it’s been widely reported this week, series creator Vince Gilligan had some strong words for fans who are trying to recreate famous scenes such as Walter’s pizza-throwing fit during season 3, which ended with a pepperoni pie on the roof. “Let me tell you: There is nothing original or funny or cool about throwing a pizza on this lady’s roof. It is just not funny. It’s been done before. You’re not the first,” Gilligan said on Kelley Dixon’s podcast “Better Call Saul Insider” on Tuesday.

Are there really throngs of fans throwing pizzas on these poor people’s roof? If so, not that many people are documenting it and sharing online. We did some social media sleuthing and were only able to find one such pizza-tossing fan in the past six months. But we found the top 4 things people are doing in front of the “Breaking Bad” house. Not too original either.

Here’s the one fan “tossing” pizza

But did she really?

But mostly, fans come the house and proceed to:

1. Stalk the already pissed residents at all hours

…except if you’re with an organized tour, in which case the lady doesn’t shout at you

2. Show off fake meth for the ‘gram

3. Take obligatory while #ontour pic

4. Have their dogs poop there

Keep dreaming, fans
