RIP Marco Rubio, Killed by a Teen's Tweet

Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School student Sarah Chadwick tweeted this late Thursday night:

To this I would like to add: [cups hands around mouth and says “oooOOOOOOoHHH” along with everyone else in the lunchroom.]

The tweet was likely a reference to Rubio’s recent appearance at a town hall event, where teenage survivors of the mass shooting demanded far better answers than the Florida senator was giving them on topics like why he continues to accept donations from the National Rifle Association.

Please do not roast me, teens. I live in fear of being thrown on the verbal spit in such a matter. I’m not sure I would be able to survive it.

Teens: I am equal parts inspired by and terrified of you.
