Weather.com reports that it’s currently -3° in Harlan, Kentucky, which — as any competent scientist will tell you — is the exact temperature at which the ice madness finally, completely takes over your brain.

Maybe that’s why the city’s police department took to Facebook, the preferred channel for official law enforcement business, with an unexpected warning on Wednesday.
