97% Of Climate Scientists Agree: Marco Rubio Is Wrong

This week we learned that cataclysmic, irreversible glacier melting is occurring on the West Antarctic ice sheet.

We also heard Florida Senator Marco Rubio claim that climate change is not caused by humans.

“I do not believe that human activity is causing these dramatic changes to our climate the way these scientists are portraying it,” Senator Rubio said over the weekend on ABC News. He continued, “I do not believe that the laws [scientists] propose we pass will do anything about it, except it will destroy our economy.”

Yep—Florida may have a bleak future in a world with melting glaciers and rising sea levels, but Senator Rubio holds firm—he doesn’t think there can be anything done about it right now.
