A majority of Republicans in each of the five states that voted Tuesday night said they want to temporarily ban Muslims from entering the United States, which shouldn't surprise you because that's the same thing polls found in South Carolina, New Hampshire, Arkansas, Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, Texas, and Virginia.

In South Carolina, 77% of Republican voters said they supported Trump's proposed ban.

The idea that the government should prohibit, for whatever period of time, an entire faith from coming into the country is almost certainly unconstitutional. It is also very, very popular with the voters who are picking the Republican Party's nominee.
