A Texas voter was arrested for voter fraud...and said he did it for Trump

A man in a Houston suburb has been arrested by the local police department after claiming he was "testing" polls for Donald Trump.

Let him go officers! It is clear this man has done nothing wrong.

There's not a lot of information about what exactly happened. The Fort Bend Sheriff's Office sent out this tweet about the incident.

Local ABC affiliate KTRK identified the suspect as Phillip Cook, 62, of Richmond, TX, and reported that he was arrested at Great Oaks Baptist Church, a polling place in Richmond.

The good news is that Cook can report to the Trump campaign that protections against voter fraud appear to be working just fine in Fort Bend County … when he gets released from police custody.
