Anchor calls co-host 'Hamburglar' for wearing stripes; miraculously still alive

In '90s fast food reference news, Fox 2 St. Louis anchor, Tim Ezell, called his co-host April Simpson "the Hamburglar" on live television.

In the above clip you can actually see the moment Simpson realized there'd be ass to kick during the next commercial break.

Simpson kept her cool though, joking, "I'll get you later" before continuing the broadcast. One has to question why on earth someone on television would wear thin stripes on purpose when the possibility of moiré is so real…

Kevin Hart posted the clip to his Facebook page and it started gaining steam this morning. No comment from Grimace or the real Hamburglar yet.
