Aziz Ansari spent the Golden Globes trolling Rupert Murdoch

Comedian Aziz Ansari took a break from watching the Golden Globes on Sunday night to call out News Corp CEO Rupert Murdoch for suggesting that Muslims should be held responsible for recent terror attacks in France.

Ansari attached the hashtag #RupertsFault to his comments, which rapidly gained steam on Twitter.

Ansari’s followers used the hashtag to “blame” Murdoch for everything from Uber surge pricing to the Kardashians.

The comedian said he is not religious, but wanted to call out Murdoch’s “ignorance.”
