Donald Trump was in Ohio on Wednesday, ostensibly to talk about his plan to upgrade America’s infrastructure. There, the president of the United States got a little distracted, because a boat was passing by.

He stopped mid-sentence to wave at the nice boat captain who happened to be floating offshore behind the podium.
