Here’s a young lady named Feng Hui freestyle inline skating to Michael Jackson’s "Beat It" at the 2011 World Artistic & Freestyle Roller Skating Grand Prix in Shanghai.
What is freestyle inline skating, you ask? Well, according to the always completely factual always true Wikipedia, the sport is “a technical field of skating that involves performing tricks around a straight line of equally spaced cones.”
Which, when you watch the video, looks to be an accurate description.
And if that wasn’t impressive enough, here is some partner-coordinated freestyle inline skating. While the precision is sacrificed a bit, the performance-value is definitely enhanced.
Needless to say, this is better than every time I was ever eliminated in the first round of musical chairs at my local roller rink, but like, I’m not jealous or anything.
