our_copy: Liesman's remarks would have been out of bounds even if Cruz was a Mexican-American. But he's not. Cruz was born in Canada and is of Cuban descent, his father fled the island for the U.S. in the 1950s.
We can debate Cruz's political positions, but let's leave the stereotyping out of it.
