It’s your classic “man meets woman, man thinks woman is in love with him, man gives woman money and Harry Potter DVDs, woman is a stripper, man and stripper break up, man wants his money and Harry Potter DVDs back, man sues stripper” story.

Yup, that’s what happened to Robert Wallace and Nomi Mims. The two were in a “dating relationship” according to Wallace, and broke up on May 3. Well, no love lasts forever guys.

The only problem is that Wallace gave Mims upwards of $2,000, a laptop and his Harry Potter DVD collection. He filed a lawsuit, after waiting a week for Mims to give the items back.

“I don’t believe in loans because I don’t want to pay anything back,” Mims said in an interview with KRIV, Fox's Houston affiliate. “I’ve given him gifts too, you know. I mean how do I get my booty and boobs back?”

Here’s the full report from My Fox Houston. Watch it if only for the awkward local news tracking.

The case doesn't look like it will be settled outside of court, and will likely be decided by a judge.

Wallace says he’s not dating any more strippers, according to KRIV.
