Detroit Immigration Raids Rounded Up Iraqi Christians Who Fled Persecution

ICE arrested dozens of undocumented immigrants from Iraq in the metro Detroit area on Sunday. The raid appears to target a community of Chaldeans immigrants, a Christian minority from Iraq that voted overwhelmingly voted for Trump.


Activists and family of the detainees say they could face religious persecution, or even death, if they are sent back to Iraq.
