Drake Gets Bad Advice From SNL's Vanessa Bayer

Latest

“Sound Advice,” the web series starring Saturday Night Live’s Vanessa Bayer as Janessa Slater, a “media coach who is here to help your favorite artists fix their image, one joke at a time,” returned today with an episode featuring Drake. In the first installment of Season Two, Bayer gives Drake career advice, including tips like “choosing a name that’s more hip-hop/rap” (Graham Cracker, Drake Time) and getting on J-Date. Neither of which Drake thinks is a very good idea.

We also get some insight into the age-old question: What does it take to join Drake’s team? Can you just show up to his house with some snacks and party favors? Sadly, no.

“It takes a bit more than like, a bag of Ruffles and some dip to sort of get into my life,” Drake says.

Season Two will feature interviews with bands like Haim, Tegan and Sara and Bastille, to be released each Wednesday. Check out the trailer below.
