Fox & Friends Rakes Sarah Huckabee Sanders Over the Coals, Saying Trump 'Refounded ISIS'

After butting heads with his co-hosts yesterday and calling Trump “worse than President Obama” on Syria, Fox & Friends co-host Brian Kilmeade kept the impassioned rage over Trump’s decision to withdraw U.S. troops from Syria going on Friday morning, telling Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders that Trump “just refounded ISIS.”

On the show, Sanders agreed with co-host Steve Doocy’s talking point that bringing the troops back has been part of Trump’s agenda, claiming that “anybody that says they’re surprised by this has simply been living under a rock” and that “99 percent of ISIS has been wiped out of Syria.”

For someone’s who’s been living under a rock, Kilmeade sure was prepared to fire back:

Sarah, he is giving Russia a big win. Vladimir Putin praised him. He also is doing exactly what he criticized President Obama for doing. He said President Obama is the founder of ISIS. He just refounded ISIS because they got 30,000 men there and they are already striking back with our would-be evacuation. The president is really on the griddle with this.

Before Sanders’ appearance on this morning’s show, Kilmeade again railed against Trump’s decision, saying the decision means the U.S. is abandoning the Syrian Kurds, who he said are “about three weeks away from total slaughter.”
