Fox Is Reportedly Using Trump's 'Grab 'Em by the Pussy' Video as a Cautionary Tale About Sexual Harassment

If there was ever much doubt, it’s now official: The president of the United States of America is a textbook sexual harasser. And by “textbook,” I mean the man’s past remarks about women are literally being used to teach just what sexual harassment is.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, the infamous footage of Donald Trump bragging that he used his fame to force himself on women without their consent was recently used by a human resources executive to lead a seminar about workplace harassment.

“They went through the scenario of the tape, why it was harassment and why it’s something you should report,” an anonymous employee told THR. “There was an audible gasp in the room, like, ‘Can you believe this is happening?’”

News of the tape’s inclusion in 21st Century Fox’s seminars comes as Fox News, one of its most visible media properties, is embroiled in numerous allegations of sexual harassment against both ousted CEO Roger Ailes (“a good person,” according to Trump) and star personality Bill O’Reilly (whom the recently president defended, saying: “I don’t think [he] did anything wrong.”)

According to THR’s source, the HR exec leading a recent session joked at one point that their department covered all of 21st Century Fox—except the news division, so the presentation wouldn’t touch on the allegations against Ailes or O’Reilly.

“It did not play well in the room,” the unnamed employee said.

A representative from Fox declined to comment for THR’s story. The president, meanwhile, reportedly thinks the fallout from the tape’s Oct. 2016 release is just hilarious.
