Two days ago, the New York Daily News reported that former tennis star James Blake was slammed to the ground by a New York plainclothes police officer after being mistaken for an identity theft suspect. Today, the NYPD released the video of the police officer tackling Blake. It's about as bad as you might have imagined:
The Daily News reported today that this wasn't the police officers' first encounter with alleged excessive force.
