How to make your own #DearNextPresident video

Make your voice heard this election year—create a #DearNextPresident video!

Here’s how:

You can shoot the video in selfie mode or get a friend to shoot it for you. The quality will be a little better if you have a friend shoot it. Either way, make sure the phone is in LANDSCAPE view (sideways) and positioned about 18-24 inches away from your face so that we see your head and shoulders in the shot.
Look directly into the phone/camera and start your sentence as follows: “Dear Next President…….”
Just fill in the blank. Talk about what you hope the president will do or know or think about or be. Whatever is most important to YOU. It doesn’t have to be long – just a few sentences, about 20 seconds.
Post the video to Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, YouTube—or all of them!—using the hashtag #DearNextPresident. Then tell your friends, family and co-workers to do it too!
