A number of traffic-like signs have appeared in San Francisco's Alamo Square, barring locals from using cell phones, tablets, laptops, or smart devices or face a $300 fine. The signs are posted below new traffic signs that are more mundane.

Presumably, this is a joke. But maybe not, considering money means nothing in San Francisco.
