Is Donald Trump straight up lying to us about how healthy he eats?

According to "Dr. Harold Bornstein," presidential candidate Donald Trump is as healthy as a horse.

In an open letter, the good doctor reports that Trump would be "unequivocally…the healthiest" president in history, if elected. Trump's never had cancer, or hip replacement, or any surgery aside from an appendectomy when he was 10. Alcohol? Tobacco? He doesn't touch the stuff (except when he sells it). And his blood pressure, the doc says, is "astonishingly excellent." It's really wonderful that Donald Trump and his physician have similar vocabularies and good on Trump for being strong.

This is all very interesting, considering the health Donald Trump. Being the very rich and very public figure he is, there are many, many, many, photos ("receipts," if you will) from across the years that would appear to challenge the picture of dietary health of America's favorite racist. Photographic evidence would appear to point to a predilection for sugary snacks and red meat—seemingly major no-nos for anyone claiming to be the "unequivocally healthiest."

Huh. He definitely sipped that beer.

This all seems very suspicious. So does this comment Trump gave to Politico:

Earlier last month, Trump detailed his eating habits and said on an episode of Bloomberg’s “With All Due Respect” that he paid no heed to reports about the healthiness of different foods.

“I love steak and hamburger and pasta and French fries, all of the things that we shouldn't be eating,” he said in a response to question about his favorite foods. Asked if there were foods he could not resist, Trump responded, “Yeah, bacon, eggs, steak. You hear a report that comes out, and it says you can't eat it and then you can, so I eat what I like.”

Interesting.
