Later today in Durant, Okla., President Obama is scheduled to deliver a speech at a Durant High School, and some of his biggest fans are welcoming him by parking their trucks near the high school and waving their Confederate flags for when his motorcade presumably drives by.

A reporter from the Frontier also shot this video of a woman who claimed the gathering emerged from a "stand by the flag" rally organized on Facebook. "There's supposed to be a bunch more comin' from Ardmore, the Dallas Fort-Worth area," she tells the reporter.

Though this Facebook poster seeks to show "the president some southern heritage," the Confederate Flag only lived in Oklahoma for a brief period of time. In 1988, after 22 years atop the capitol building, construction workers took down the flag during a remodel. It never returned.
