Job interview, wedding, childbirth, emergency medical intervention — nothing you could possibly be doing right now is more important than this, so pay attention. Four long-lost Spice Girls songs have leaked online, and they are everything your turn-of-the-millennium sleepover soundtracks were missing.

Though Posh (Victoria Beckham), Baby (Emma Bunton), Scary (Melanie Brown), Ginger (Geri Halliwell), and Sporty (Melanie Chisholm) reunited in 2012 to perform at the Summer Olympics closing ceremony, this is gold straight from the vaults. These tracks were recorded for but ultimately scrapped from their final album, 2000’s Forever, after Halliwell had left the group.
