Newly Released Bodycam Video Shows North Carolina Cop Beating a Man for Jaywalking

Newly released bodycam footage shows a police officer in Asheville, NC, beating, choking and tasing a man for allegedly jaywalking.

The officer was placed on administrative leave and resigned before he could be fired. He now faces state criminal charges and a federal investigation.
