As Republicans prepare to screw over a huge swath of the country with their horrendous tax bill, Speaker of the House Paul Ryan has put out a video reminding Americans that his status as a heartless dweeb with unending contempt for poor and working people stretches back at least two decades.

Look, if there’s any silver lining at all to this disgusting victory lap, it’s that once people wise up at how totally and completely the Republican tax bill has fucked us all, it’ll be next to impossible for Ryan to weasel his way out of taking the brunt of the blame.
