America's villain, Martin Shkreli, just offered to buy Kanye West’s new album, The Life of Pablo, for $10 million, presumably to withhold and never share and gloat about owning. Sound familiar?

Here is my initial offer for the album. @kanyewest Thanks for your consideration and I look forward to your response

Meanwhile, Gawker reports, the IRS has placed a federal tax lien on Shkreli for $4.5 million in unpaid taxes.

West's album played for the first time live at Madison Square Garden; a recording of the performance can be seen on Tidal here.
