Please explain to me what Donald Trump means when he talks about the 'age of computer'

Latest

Look, I know President-elect Donald Trump isn’t exactly the most, uh, eloquent public speaker, but even by his logorrhea-fueled standards, this is a mess.

After months of harping on “the cyber” Trump seems to have shifted his attention to “the age of computer” when reporters asked on Wednesday about allegations of Russian hacking during the presidential election.

Here’s the transcript, in case you couldn’t quite follow along in real time:

I think we ought to get on with our lives. I think that computers have complicated lives very greatly. The whole age of computer has made it where nobody knows exactly what is going on. We have speed, we have a lot of other things, but I’m not sure we have the kind the security we need.

What is happening? Is this the Matrix? Does flag-waving-Don-King have the answers?

Anyway, we should probably just get on with our lives.
