RiseUp AS ONE concert will bring the sound of unity to the U.S.-Mexico border

This bi-lingual, live-music event will feature leading musicians who represent the best of our diverse and inclusive society, and are providing the soundtrack to the concept of border schmorder.
RiseUp AS ONE, which is supported by funding from Sprint and free to all concertgoers, will liven the fields of San Diego and fill the surrounding hills of Tijuana with the music of Juanes, Carlos Vives, Julieta Venegas, Andra Day, Fonseca, Los Tigres Del Norte, Jesse & Joy, Alejandro Sanz and many other artists.
“The U.S.-Mexico border provides the perfect stage for this amazing event and is a way to highlight diversity and inclusion, despite borders,” said Camila Jimenez Villa, Co-President and Chief Content Officer, Fusion Media Group. “This location and our incredible lineup of award-winning artists will celebrate, through the power of music, the connectedness of our world and the positivity that occurs when we show empathy, respect and openness to one another.”
The event, which will be televised on Fusion and Univision and live-streamed here on Fusion’s website, starts at 4 PM Pacific coast time—that’s 7 PM for folks counting on your fingers in New York.
