On Monday, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders defended President Trump moments after he resurrected his bigoted ‚ÄúPocahontas‚ÄĚ slur¬†during a ceremony honoring the Navajo Code Talkers of World War II.

‚ÄúI think what most people find offensive is Sen. Warren lying about her heritage to advance her career,‚ÄĚ Sanders insisted, when asked by ABC reporter Jon Karl about the president‚Äôs bigoted quip.

‚ÄúShe said it was a racial slur,‚ÄĚ Karl pushed back, to which Sanders said: ‚ÄúI think that‚Äôs a ridiculous response.‚ÄĚ

It‚Äôs nice to see that Sanders is helping celebrate the recently announced White House Christmas theme of ‚ÄúTime Honored Tradition‚ÄĚ by making sure the gaslights in the briefing room are burning bright as ever.
