Singapore kicked off it's eighth annual Night Festival today, with performance art and installations focused on bright lights and visual trickery.
The lineup will feature local artists collectives and foreign contributions, like the totally bizarre but somehow delightful light projection by French artists David Passegand and Moetu Batlle on the facade of the National Museum:
There are bright, chaotic installations:
Acrobats in chandeliers:
And then there's this mesmerizing pool of interactive light:
And fire twirlers climbing buildings:
The festival is on for the next two weekends and events are free.
