Rival Sikh groups broke out into a violent sword fight at the Golden Temple in Northern India. A dramatic video released by Zee News, an Indian news channel, shows dramatic footage of sword-wielding men attacking each other on the temple steps.

The clash came on the 30th anniversary of Operation Bluestar, a 1984 military operation ordered by Indira Gandhi, who was then India's Prime Minister. Ghandi was assassinated four months later, which sparked the Anti-Sikh Riots across India.

RTE News reports that up to 12 people were injured in the clash. More photos from the fight can be found here.
