We've got one question about that Mick Fanning shark attack video
LatestHave you seen the video that APPEARS TO DEPICT a professional surfer PURPORTEDLY fending of an ALLEGED shark attack?
The Guardian reports that Australian surfer Mick Fanning was attacked by a shark during Sunday’s J-Bay Open in South Africa. “I just can’t believe it,” an unharmed Fanning told the World Surf League. “To walk away from that, I’m just so stoked.”But, like, we’re not getting the shark’s side of the story, and—in the words of Desus Nice—you gotta hear both sides.
Unprovoked shark attacks are rare (there were only two confirmed cases in South Africa last year), so what if the shark just wanted to tell Fanning a secret? What if the shark just wanted to make out? What if the shark’s never been kissed? What if the shark’s not Josie Grossie anymore?
Fusion was unable to reach the shark for comment because it is a shark.
