What's This Guy Doing With His Hands?

If you’re anything like me—and we’re more alike than you care to admit—sometimes you watch TV shows “on demand” and they make it so you can’t fast forward the shows so you have to watch the cheap as hell ads. Anyhow: what’s this guy doing with his hands?

This guy, “Ken Fisher,” some investment guy, is constantly running an ad embedded in a non-fast-forwardable on-demand TV show I watch and let me tell you something about this guy: He does this thing with his hands. See above.

I know what your thinking: “He’s pretending to be in handcuffs.” But that is not it. In the actual ad, he’s just talking about saving enough money for retirement. There is no prison theme whatsoever.
