White high school students in Missouri made this appalling display in the name of Donald Trump

Latest

It’s a tradition, apparently. Students from Warrensburg High School in Missouri turned their backs to the court when a rival school was being announced—which, already, weird.

But on Monday, students at Warrensburg took it to a whole new level.

A video making the rounds online shows a group of students dressed in overalls, camouflage, and flannel (apparently as part of a theme night) as they turn their backs to the court, cheering. One person in the bleachers holds up a Trump-Pence sign. The opposing team, Center High School, is all-black and biracial, according to the Kansas City Star.

The Warrensburg School District has since apologized on Facebook saying it “does not condone” the actions taken by its students and will do “everything” it can “to keep incidents like this from happening again.”

But because clap back justice still exists even in these bleak times, Center High School won the game by four points.
