Fox News host Laura Ingraham went on a wildly xenophobic and racist rant on Wednesday night, citing immigration as the reason for her lost love for America.

“In some parts of the country, it does seem like the America that we know and love doesn’t exist anymore. Massive demographic changes have been foisted on the American people, and they are changes that none of us ever voted for, and most of us don’t like,” Ingraham said on her show. (“Demographic change” is always racist people’s favorite thinly-veiled term for growing racial diversity in America.)

Ingraham then took issue with all immigration. “From Virginia to California, we see stark examples of how radically, in some ways, the country has changed,” she said. “Now much of this is related to both illegal, and in some cases legal immigration, that of course progressives love.”

“Today we are reminded again of why our law has to be enforced, borders strengthened, and the wall built, loopholes closed, and sanctuary city policies ended once and for all,” she continued.

Ingraham repeatedly referred to undocumented immigrants as “illegals,” and her entire segment rested on the belief that immigrants are violent criminals that must be apprehended. “Everyone is gaming the system,” Ingraham insisted.

Ingraham is no stranger to awful and disturbing comments. She infamously told LeBron James to “shut up and dribble” and “keep the political commentary to yourself” after he criticized Donald Trump. She also defended Alex Jones after Infowars was banned from Apple, Facebook, and YouTube, saying, “This is about freedom, and our access to information from sources we as individuals trust and like.”

In Wednesday’s segment, Ingraham also called Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez “New York’s new socialist It girl,” and berated her for using the word “like.” Well, it’s like, ridiculous how like, blatantly Ingraham just showed her like, deeply racist and xenophobic beliefs, and seems to be like, trying to whip up her already enraged viewers to like, incite real violence against immigrants.
